HOW WE OPERATE
We build customized packages based on four basic pricing options. Services included in each package are determined and bundled according to the needs of our clients.
Platinum, gold, diamond, and ruby rates begin once the client decides to move forward after the initial consultation. The total estimated charges, including fees, will be presented in the form of an invoice and contract. The contract must be read and signed by both a Garner North, LLC representative and a representative of your business in order for our strategist to begin working. Chargeable hours are subject to change based on the number of services provided and amount of time needed.
Should there be a request that falls outside of the scope of the initial project, the same initial rates will apply to any relevant meeting(s) or discussion(s) about the new request prior to the additional service being provided. Clients will be informed and asked to sign a contract amendment before any additional charges are incurred. Once an agreement has been made, a 50% deposit is required to initiate work for the new request and the remainder is due at completion.
